I would like to complement you on the servise we received from your company.Every time i contact the lady on the phone has always been polite and helpful.When your engineers have to call they also have been polite,cheerful and patient and very professional.We have lived in Cyprus now for two years and have experienced some awful treatment,the people we have dealt with have been so nice until we have parted with our cash and after this do not want to know us.This is not the case with your company and i will be pleased to recommend ASTROSAT to anyone.Keep up the good work!

I would like to place on record the superb attitude and customer care shown by Sandra and Denni at your Chloraka branch.My wife and i have been in the market for a new Television for a few weeks and unfortunatly every outlet we visited were more interested in taking your money and that was it.Your ladies put up with my frequent visits and answered every question we put to them and are a credit to your company.Little wonder the Chloraka branch is so busy.

My satellite system is mutch better than i was expecting it.
I have all my UK TV channels now with crystal clear picture.
It is good that i didn't believe others who told me that the reception in Nicosia is not possible.

On the 27th December 2004 we had installed a 2.7m satellite dish and sky digibox from your company,and arewriting to experess our satisfaction with the quality of the reception.
Equally we would wish to say that we are very impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of all the staff with whom we had contact.
Firstly,the lady who took our initial enquiry at your Chlorakas Showroom,and the arrangements she made for one of your staff to visit us to discuss our requirements.
seconndly the man who visited initially,we think his name was Mr Lakis.His professional responce to our many queries ,was what persuaded us to purchase from your company.
We then got a helpuf reminder call from a lady in your Limassol showroom,confirming the installation date.
On the 27th Decemner,the installation team arrived at our home promptly at the apointed time.They worked efficiently and the fitter was extremely in advising us about the use of the new equipment.
In viwe of all the above we will not hesitate to recommend your company to others.

- we had ours installed by Astrosat as well - highly professional, even to the point because they could not get it down the internal system (developer had not gone straight so the wire could not go round corners) they put the wire outside exactly where Steve wanted it (fusspot my Steve) and hid it as much as possible.
Only problem I have now is that with us going forward an hour I am missing my favourite programmes that I used to watch at 9.00pm and now are on at 10.00 - too late for me since I am up at 5.00am, must be in bed by 10.00pm or I am absolutely useless the next day.

We followed Jean's advice and got nilesat from the same company she used, Astrosat in Chloraka they were excellent and would use them again, cost £160. We have been very pleased and found it to be adequate for our needs. Jan
